Aye Smelly you can have:
x2 Primary (i.e leather/skinning)
x3 Secondary (i.e. ALL of them being First Aid, Cooking and Fishing)

Hold on you mean i can do first aid in conjunction to mining & blacksmithing???? I knew about cooking/fishing but not first aid!!!! Crap!

you can get first aid its classed as a secondary proffession, not the same as the regular ones.
