I've got a shield, it's a good one, single handed axe is good as well. Most armour is up near my level with pretty good stats on it. Check my sig for accurate measures, but I believe my armour now stands at 2030 and I have hit a single handed crit for over 400 (over 500 for two handed weapon). Velan and Lummie are working on a chest upgrade for me (I'm not chasing, just mentioning) and I'll put in some time tonight to try and get level to 35 before we go.

The wife's going out on Thursday, so if we're using TS, I should be able to join in. Anyway, see you at 20.00 (I'm assuming that's GMT, let me know if not) on Thursday.

Cheers for the support TiG, I'll do my best.

8PM GMT sounds good to me. Yes, TS is a must, even if it's to hear me shout about who I'm polymorphing, coz once I do, any hit will recover them instantly... so we can't have that.

The ideal situation is for me to poly one in a group and others to take the aggro before they reach me, that way I can safely use my AoE spells (and Stoo too) without recovering the polymorph spell.

Good stuff Lugash. Allen just run me through a polymorph mate ( is it when buffed with this each hit recovers your health?)

    What quests do people have?

Polymorph = turning an aggro mob into a sheep for a while (20 secs?) which basically stops them doing anything for the duration (other than running about going "baaah").
However, if anyone attacks the sheeped mob, it'll recover back to humanoid form and go on the attack again..

I've also got banish which does much the same thing, but I doubt that'll be of any use in SM as it's for Monsters/Demons only..

Polymorph turns an enemy into a sheep, and they just run around for a certain time doing nothing but going baa... If you hit them, they turn back and start attacking you.

I think mine lasts around 30 seconds at max now, I can't remember... Or is that the high level polymorph? Anyway, I can polymorph one, kill another and heal up long before the polymorph runs out on them.

I've got one, not sure but I think it's the "compendium of the fallen" one. Will check when I get home tonight and confirm later.

Nope, that's the whole point, the other mobs just go "ooh, it's a sheep", rather than "Panic! We're under attack!"

    Nicely put!

Though I can't see them saying "ooh, it's a cheep" but likely to say, "WTF? How the hell did a sheep get inside this instance?? And why can't I see those people over there attacking my friends even though they are in my line of sight but more than 20 yards away from me!! Maureen, get me my glasses!"!

If you are a Tauren you can Stomp, which stuns them. Dunno about sleeping them or other stun spells you get though.

That is a useful little talent, I have with Athalus, although you can't attack straight after use someone else can. Good for close group work.
