Leon , the problem isnt the trust on you ... its the fact that power ( even imaginary one ) afects people , but a good thing will surface of this termoile , some masks will come down , and we will see the true faces of some peeps.

The guild of love is a utopia ...

We just have to take the best we can from our frendly guild and guildmates

Has a said before , lets wait and see.

How's the voting go, Thor, have most members voted now? is there a closing date by which to get votes in?

All of this gerrymandering is really quite amusing and also sad in equal measures. Firstly Leon can be trusted wholly with the vote and secondly remember its only a game! Lets try and remain friendly and enjoy the whole thing!

Yea, from what i been reading it looks like some people are a bit up there own $&* in there (no offence to anyone as i dont know any of you and dont like to judge).

In the guild i am in on Darksorrow with Mr Monkey Mr Lee Horan and a few others from Scan we have never had a problem with this as we dont really see the guild leader as a true leader, the people that run the guild are the people that are in the guild.

I dont know how well that works in a guild with 50+ people but with 20+ people we have not had a problem as of yet on any of the servers we have tried.

We are a growing guild and are going to have to look at a bit of a better way but the way you have to look at it really is you dont want a guild where people are getting £$&*ed off because there way is not the way things are going to happen.

It will happen to us and people will leave because they dont get there own way but thats how things go and thats the way it works in games where level/power matters.

The real way to look at things are to take out the power and look at it from everyone elses point of view and take action from there.

If one person says "I WANT TO DO THIS", you say "dont just ask me theres another 50 people here"

Its not a perfect world and people are selfish, its what they want when they want it and they wont have it any other way.

from what I have been reading Mr Thor over there is a good guy and although i dont know him at all I would trust him but thats the person i am.

the end story is look at what everyone else wants and not what this one complaining person whats.

I have blabbed on to much now and half of that doesnt even make sence in my own head but im going to leave people to have a look at this and hope that they stop thinking of what they want and look at what everone wants!

as they say look at the bigger picture!

P.s. you all seem like cool people so why cant we all just get along *feels the love*

Thor will speak as guild leader when announcing his successor; therefore we must accept his words. If people do not trust him all I can say is being in our guild must require trust for the leader and when joining a guild this needs to be considered. A guild needs trust for a group of people to get together with the same interests and become successful as a team in their pursuits.

With the same trust I harbor to send within my guild a locked box, so I post my vote.

True, what is a guild without trust? a few people that gather and fight? where is the fun?!

I understand that in your guild alot of you are quite close as friends as you talk on here alot and know the people you are playing along side with but also it is Obvious that there are people in there that cant put there trust in others or rely on someone else the way others can.

For those people it would be better for them to leave if they cant trust there own friends/allis as with no trust there is no fun!

The people I im guilded with i trust with everything i own on the game or in person as they are good people and i know that they wont mess me about so much so I WILL let them log on my account if they need something off there 2 of the people in the guild have known my Uname and pass from when i started and not once have the messed about with my account.

Trust is one of the things that makes the game fun, to rely on someone and have them rely on you aswell is a better feeling then having no one to rely on as you cant trust them.

The way these people have to look at the game is that without trust you have no people to rely on when you need help!

Like AoD said , trust is the corner stone of any relationship , so trust shouldnt be a issue , i trust in every one of my guild m8s even not knowing any of them , because trust is needed to strive in this game .

Like Jack Nickelson said in Mars Attack , right before getting is ass zapped " why dont we...just get along"

Mr ERU has the right idea there, from what I hear from other people (no names mentioned) that were in the guild the high level people stuck together and just ignored the low level people and i didnt just hear that from one person =\

things like that cant happen in a big guild like yours! yea there maybe some other lower levels that can group up and and help each other out but if it comes to something that a group of 5 level 20s cant do then where will the help be? what is everyone else going to say?? "no level up a bit more and do it yourself, i am a higher level then you guys and have better things to do.." people are just ganna think what a selfish £$*&!!!!!

As i said and will keep saying you are all good guys! but some of you just think of themselves and not the other people

In no offence AoD, but there's a lot more to it than what is written on these boards, and since you (to my knowledge) aren't in our guild I don't think some of comments are correct.

We have had problems, we still do have a few, but we can only continue to air these issues and sort them out.

As for the whole trust issue, there are many people in the guild I trust and I hope those people can trust me. I for one would trust Leon with my account details if the need arised, there are a couple of other people (one of which has already had them once) who I would also trust. I'm not going to name names as I don't want to single out anybody who I wouldn't give them to.

BUT, I have to say, that at the beginning there was no trust. The trust has built up and by using TS and grouping with people certainly helps to increase that.

Sorry if you misunderstood mate - I am happy with the way we are do9ing things atm. I certainly trust you and have total faith in you. You ARE the guild leader and will always have the respect as such even if you do step down. I think it's a dam shame that you are going, tbh. As all these problems have shown you were holding us together.

I have just read the rest of the posts after Thors and need to respond again. Allen has hit the nail bang on the head here with his comment and it been said before. But how can we build trust people arn't just willing to try.? TS is a good way of building trust; as are Hexus.Horde meets at say LANs (i'm all for and able to organise a LAN one day). I have been driven to the point of leaving before but stayed as i have made some great friends

It will show people that we are all actually real people with different views and we will communicate as such. Calling people names the clergy don't know via PM, kicking them from groups and trying to get someones WoW account banned are not doing any of the above or helping the guild.

Firstly no offence taken as you are correct to firstly say i am NOT in the guild and secondly I cant see what goes online.

I dont want it to seem like I am voicing my opinions to change something as there is nothing I can do about what goes on with other people.

I can see where you are coming from saying that I dont know what goes on in the guild and only know what goes on here but from what I can see here there are issues but where is it my place to say anything?? there is no place for my opinion really.

In regards to the issues I have read, as they say... time is the biggest healer and it IS time that will sort things out as it does most things!

As I said before nothing is ever perfect, if it was there wouldnt be any fun in trying to sort things out.

Again I hope i dont offend anyone by what I am saying as this is not what I want at all and ill say it again.. you are all good people!!

A certain level of trust must exist for me before I join a guild if I am to display its name above my head. This trust I acquired through reading Leon’s and others posts prior to the guilds birth and based on my perception of the people interested in forming the Hexus Horde I decided to be a part of what I have always referred to as 'the guild of love'. Your right though, through TS I have learned Allen has a good nature, sense of humour and deep resonant baritones not unlike the great Barry White himself No relly, well said Allen.
