Been playing with it and discovered this.:

In order to ever get to see the 2nd tab (and later the third) you need to announce your goods. Just do it to a random person (that you know) or in the trade channel.

AFAIK only one item will be posted at a time, but to make sure you're not spamming - just start by putting in one item.

That definately looks very interesting If I had some time to play WoW I would be trying that! Please people keep me updated on how this is working out for you.
