At revered you can buy single resist enchants.

I don't seem to have Argent Dawn on my list in game, how do you start off with them to get a reputation with them? It sounds cool, I think they also have Mark of the Chosen which you can get as a trinket?

Need to get to level 50 then go to the bulwark, east in Tirisfal Glades (where undercity is)...start questing in western plaguelands then..

..actually I think you get given the "go to bulwark" quest in any of the major cities at 50...

What's the best way to gain reputation, running strat and scholo lots or grinding for Scourgestones?

While you're still relatively low running strath and scholo gives very nice rep, you should save any stones you get then. Once you get 50% through honoured trash mobs in strath/scholo stop giving rep, so you can only get rep from quests, stones and bosses. The bosses stop giving rep halfway through revered. Even with my rep a scholo run gives ~250 rep from bosses and maybe a couple of hand-ins of stones, which is good going for a couple of hours.
Also the cauldron fields in WPL have repeatable quests associated with them which can be good for a bit of rep.

I started on this the other day, on lvl50, I can just about hold my own in some parts of Western Plaguelands getting the stones from the mobs, but need to carry a lot of food and drinks to regenerate inbetween kills.
