Hey.. just wondering anybody with mage experience what do you think of this tree:

Gives you a 10% chance of entering a Clearcasting state after any damage spell hits a target. The Clearcasting state reduces the mana cost of your next damage spell by 100%.
• Evocation - 1/1 point
While channeling this spell, your mana regeneration is active and increased by 1500%. Lasts 8 seconds.
• Improved Arcane Explosion - 5/5 points
Reduces the casting time of your Arcane Explosion by 1.5 seconds.
• Improved Mana Shield - 2/2 points
Decreases the mana lost per point of damage taken when Mana Shield is active by 20%.
• Improved Counterspell - 2/2 points
Gives your Counterspell a 100% chance to silence the target for 4 seconds.

I left the descriptions in as I don't think most people remember what everything does
I'm worried as I haven't reduced the cast time of fireball or cooldown of fireblast.. but the other things seemed more important..
I'm lvl25 atm & spent everything but 1 point in fire (as arcane, i.e. IAE doesn't seem to become usefull until late 30's); considering spending it all in fire up until then actually and then just paying 5g to reset to put 15points in arcane for the IAE
Er yeah anyway, comments/suggestions welcome
