    Anyone still use Cosmos?

I'm not. Got fed up with it and got rid of it last night. My new list of mods are all found here and my new UI is looking pretty fantastic. Will have to get some images up so you can see them.

    Titan
    TitanQuest
    GypsyMod
    Atlas
    SellPrice

And that's about it. Titan is a very good, customisable bar which goes along the top (or the bottom if you prefer) and can show a whole host of things. Mine shows exp, location (inc co-ords), bags, money, quests (with TitanQuest), clock and some other stuff. GypsyMod basically gets rid of the whole bottom bar and replaces it with just buttons. Since I never click on the Char or Quest buttons etc, there's no need for them to be there. I just have a couple of rows of buttons which can be moved about. Plus it changes the char and target window in the top left corner to add more info and make it just look better IMO.

All in all, I think my UI now looks so much better and does exactly what I want without a whole load of other crap I didn't use. And do you know what, I really think I can notice the difference in lag and FPS!

As I said, will post some screenies later to show you. So, what are you using?

I still use it although it 'updated' itself about two or three weeks ago and is now quite poor. The bits I found really usefull don't work any more and I have been considering binning it. Trouble is, I really like the extra bars you get so I'll hang on to it for a bit.

What extra bars? Cos you can still get the SideBar mod to run without Cosmos, plus Blizzard have put in 2 extra sidebars (which also handily moves your bags over) and the GypsyMod gives you about 4 bars in total, if you turn the Bottom Left and Bottom Right bar on in Interface Options.

I think I'm going to dump it, 90% of it I don't use, and I'm sure it's the cause of a lot of the disconnect/corruption issues..

Easiest way to do it is to just rename the Interface folder to Interfaceold and create a new one, then the AddOns directory and put them all in there, whichever ones you need. That way, if you don't like it, you can just go straight back.

I find WoW Rankings causes me problems. If I use the WoWRankings.exe to launch Warcraft, after I've been playing for a while and I try to quit out, it just hangs and refuses to return to the desktop which means I have to reboot after nearly every session. It's a right pain.

Oh yeah, I've got rid of WoWRankings too, it was too slow. Moved over to WoWReader from Alakazham (or however you spell it) and it updates instantly, and also stops people seeing in your bags and your gold etc. Will update my sig soon to reflect this too.

Have to say I much prefer WoWRankings. Yes the server takes a while to update but the level of detail is much better than Alakhazam. I don't mind people seeing gold or in my bag, it's not like they can pinch it. My only problem is with the launcher but although it's annoying, it's preferable to anything else out there.

    Each to their own.

Most of the time WoWRankings took about 2 mins to load up and it must send so much info that you have to wonder how it affects your machine/connection during play.

I got rid of Cosmos when Blizzard released the patch that added the new action bars. I am currently using a reputation, and the damage meter addons.

I have been thinking about getting a good UI mod for my priest, to make healing easier, but I haven't got around to it yet as it's not much of a problem at lvl 27
I don't mean to sound cold, or cruel, or vicious, but I am so that's the way it comes out.

Thanks for that fella, look good. I actually wanted links to the UI mods you use though I bunged Titan mods into google and had loads of hits! no idea which are the right ones to use.

There was a link in my original post, but here you go:

    Titan Panel v1.23
    Titan Panel [Quests] v0.09
    GypsyMod
    Atlas
    SellValue v25

Or you could also try this which includes lots of useful mods including Titan Panel in one go, and they all work well with eachother.
