    PvP stats

I was idly surfing the net (when I should be working) and I came across this on a forum posting. Don't know where it came from or what sample was used to produce it (the poster says 100,000,000 PvP battles which doesn't sound right) but if the stats are accurate, it's another reason for me to stay out PvP. Us Warriors don't come off very well at all.

Those are probably looking at 1 vs 1 battles, when fighting in a group it gets evened out a lot more, warriors can be very good at PvP, just need the awesome equipment and a bit of skill.

Rogues are the best at 1 vs 1 combat, but in a group it's always the same kill die res, kill die res, routine if there is more than 10 allience there, because as soon as I attack I have the entire allience group on me.
I don't mean to sound cold, or cruel, or vicious, but I am so that's the way it comes out.

I think it might be based on 348556 battles, judging from the number in the corner

I'm surprised that the warrior does so poorly, another thing, why no like vs like stats? Most classes are duplicated across horde/alliance..

    I think you're probably right.

Don't know why there are no like v like stats, as I said, I don't know where the table came from but it I'll try to find out.

How can you compare the win/losses of a rogue against a rogue? It would be 50% for every class!

Lol, you're right and I'm the data analyst.....I'll get my coat

In his defence, I think Stoo was on about seeing stats broken down between an Alliance Warrior vs a Horde Warrior, for example, where you wouldn't get the straight 50:50 split.

Ah yes, good point Obviously you would see the Horde kicking ass to the allience

If it was horde alliance then there would be a reason to do same v same however since its not it would be pointless - a win is a loose and visa versa

stunned at some of the figures there. I've never lost to a hunter as a shaman, you'd have to be crap to lose and a 39.7% figure against priests!!. you joking right heh 1vs1 on priests is like taking candy from a baby.

I think it has to be PVP stats from normal pvp combat, only way i can see this sort of thing working out myself.

Those stats have to be 1v1 - hunters suck at 1v1

But stick a hunter in a group...............

Shadow priests are actually quite good at PvP, you've probably seen Viruss around.

better off laying a freeze trap and standing on it - any rogue tries to get me gets frozen..... then he gets a Hmark on him preventing stealth

Exactly. So you see the trap and don't go near him!
