Guild decisions

From this point onwards all major guild decisions (i.e. not adding members and other trivial matters) will be put to a whole guild vote to allow everyone a say.

These votes will take place here and instead of a poll please include your reply in a post, Only members of the guild will be allowed to vote so please list your guild name when voting to allow me to make sure only legitimate votes are counted.

Every member is allowed to voice their opinion although please keep derisory remarks and nasty comments to yourselves as Hexus is a family forum, clear opinions with reasoning will be great and will ensure positive discussion.

Any member can propose an issue to be discussed but for problems please see me first incase there is a simple resolution to your issue.
