I have removed Eru's thread for the moment as it's pinged up on the 'report to moderator' mails I get.

I don;t know who did what to who and who said what to who when... this whole thing is a massive mees that I am now going to try and sort out so I can see who is annoying or offending who and whether they are doing it deliberately.

Now, it may seem crystal clear to you lot but as someone who isn't involved in any of it, it's like trying to pick up the plot of Eastenders when it's been over-dubbed in Swahili.

I'd be grateful if you guys and girls could just get on and play the damn game and stop worrying at this HEXUS Horde rift until I can get my head around what has happened.

If anyone feels like helping me out, then either PM me or pop over to the HEXUS.gaming site where you can find my email address at the top of pretty much any article on there. (I'm not putting it up on here as the ole webspiders will spam me sensless).

It's your call guys but i'm pretty dissapointed that thread got pulled. I was fully prepared to ensure it was family friendly and it had REAL WORTH to help sort/move on from a serious problem. I also understand you wish to protect your corporate image but for the future of Hexus Horde i honestly think it should be shown.

I fully understand your point of view Nick i.e. it's only a game etc but it's a game that we have invested ALOT of time in over a period of months. The Beta played almost a year. Hence the enormous effort to create that thread.
I have actually had two late nights thinking about this and what can be done and speaking to other members i'm not alone (in the late nights). I'm not challenging you (mods word is final imo) to show it again just to say i hope it comes back - even as a locked thread. If it remains hidden it creates a huge question mark over the whole issue; bar a few select people. Like a dark secret of Hexus Horde.

I didn't create it to clear my name as i am 90% sure i won't renew my Subscription on 3rd July. This was my first MMORPG and i only play games to relax from a bloody hard job. WoW isn't doing this.
It now means nothing what people think of me. I just hope people are going to re-create what was looking to be a great COMMUNITY as opposed to jumping from a sinking ship fast.

Guys, understand that the thread pinged up three times with the 'report to moderator' function.

I'm obliged to removed it if it gets three reports within five minutes.

I didn't say that it wouldnt be coming back, all I've doen is move it for now until I can understand what is going on and therefore decided whether the thread is offensive or not.

Eru, you're right, there's nothing in that thread that couln't be read on family forum but what I now have to be careful of is whether it attacks other members or not.

This is NOT HEXUS trying to brush it under the carpet, this is just taking a precuation to protect ALL the forum members.

A few people have been in touch with me via PM and email and it is helping to clear things up. If anyone else feels they can shed some light on the events of the last few days then I'd appreciate it.

EDIT: Bertie, yes, you're right but if the guild are going to sort it out then they damn well need to do so withint the rules of the HEXUS forums... which means NO swearing, NO perosnal attacks... and so far it hasn't done that. Which is why my original post on this matter was asking for some maturity from everyone in discussing this. Asterisk filled posts are NOT the way forward.

Yes it would be better to let the guild sort it out but I stated when Eru wanted to create the thread that I wold bin it as soon as it turned into a slanging match again. True to form after only 3 replies it degenerated into an expletive ridden mess. The mods and admins of this forum give up their time for free and this debacle has meant an excess of time has had to be spent monitoring this forum and dealing with threads in it. Please remember that this is the HEXUS.WoW forum not the HEXUS Horde forum, it is being hosted and administered for free.

Therefore whilst it would be good to have a proper discussion about it, this is not going to happen, there have been at least 3 threads in this area all of which have turned into a mess. I'm sorry if this makes you think it's being swept under the carpet, it's not our intent to do that, the actions of the posters have meant there was no other alternative.
