You should find the patches already saved somewhere off the WoW directory - just copy them off before you reinstall. The downloader downloads the patch to a directory and doesn't delete them.

In the core directory. X:\program files\World of warcraft\
WoW-1.3.0-enGB-patch.exe
WoW-1.3.1.4297-to-1.4.0-enGB-patch.exe
WoW-1.4.2.4375-to-1.5.0-enGB-patch.exe etc

If all else fails you can download them through the Blizzard downloader
I don't mean to sound cold, or cruel, or vicious, but I am so that's the way it comes out.
