The exception to any "cannot" in the above is "anyone but directhex", since I can manipulate files/databases manually.

As it stands, there are a whole bunch of security issues I'm aware of, surrounding anything that makes use of SQL. I really need to put in some stringent checking, but don't have the time or energy just this second. To reassure you, there's no risk to your passwords (as these are never stored as plain-text, only encrypted), but for the time being can you please be careful what you type - try to avoid non-standard characters in edit boxes

i´m back in the country tomorrow, i´ll update with any info received over thew past 5 days at that point (curse this spanish keyboard)

chrisg22 added. site now states 18 members, which is reasonable given the number of regular players. anyone obvious missing?

might tweak the news system tomorrow, give newscasters the ability to remove their old news (and editing at some point too)
