Looks good, but I'm guessing this is going to go the same way as Flaming cliffs (i.e download only) - and I haven't got that yet.

Can it be installed without Flaming Cliffs?

Don't see any reason not to for £10. Although I was puzzled by the distict lack of propellors .....

Lock-On? PC World (aaaarrgh) have it for £9.99.

As for Flaming Cliffs - http://www.lockon.ru/index.php?lang=en - the info is on there, it doesn't look like it's available elsewhere, although hopefully I'll be proved wrong.

I think the problem nowdays lies in simulating the other pilot.

You can buy glaming cliffs from here: http://www.rcsimulations.com/

Or from a number of places in the US a game called "Lock-On: Gold" which contains both the original and addon.

Eagle Dynamics are working on 3 projects right now. This "Black Shark", another game that models the low level ground attack tank killing world including the A-10A, Apache, SU-25, SU-25T and Hokum, and another project which will be an F-16/MiG-29 high fidelity sim, which they say is more complex than that of Falcon 4.0.
