    By all accounts, its gonna be under £35

    Its got 5 thumb buttons (Platinum has 3) so you wont run out of weapon combos

    and from what I can make out.....that funny "foot pedal" at the back of the base is the throttle

    Where it SHOULD be....under your thumb (well thats MY humble opinion anyway)

    Hmm.....maybe we should suggest noobs buy THIS one from now on..

    lol, I'm not swapping my Thrustmaster Top Gun Afterburner, now it's all setup, I love it

    It even comes with IL2 mappings as default

    The saitek X45 can be found for 50 squids some places, that only 15 quids more for an awesome piece of plane killing machinery.

    The throttle for which has made it big in Hollywood!

    I was watching T3 the other day and the bit where John Connor powers up the particle accelerator... it's an X45 throttle!
