As for the boss - last night we completed domo for the first time but i have to say that of all the bosses up until domo, Lucifron was the hardest. Not sure why exactly but we always struggle on that. On other bosses we are able to get by with very little losses, not so with her.

Are you horde or alliance? Alliance can have paladins decurse the 2k debuff allowing priests and others to heal. Whereas i guess for horde priests would need to decurse with shamans healing.

Then again if you are horde you don't get paladins putting blessing of protection on luci's main tank by mistake (guilty , but replaced it with bol quickly , didn't even wipe)

Grats on domo though. A difficult and technical fight.

To make it even more fun, pull the next group right as the first group dies, and watch the ones you just pulled resurect the old group! Rogue tanking ftw

Thanks for that - domo is tough and the first real technical fight. its pretty similar in a way to fighting the boss where you have to banish some mobs. Yes - we play as alliance but tbh the palas dont seem to be too hot on purging those insane magic curses. Maybe they will catch on as it helps so much.

kaine - try and get your guild to get as much FR resistant gear as possible for your MT and OT. I would say that if you can get the guild to buy a dark iron helm if you cant make it and then put on the +20 fr buff it will help alot. That with the buff add +50 to FR which is great and will help you alot in mc. not sure what the costs are but pretty steep if you dont have the materials. As for hunters ....well they should know at least 5 sunders before going in. we have our raid leader announcing through ctraid when to start dps and when to stop if the tank loses it. The hounds are a laugh but damn annoying when one rules off and returns to res the other 4 grrrr

Its a 6s duration debuff. Cleanse takes 1s of global cooldown - so you can only cleanse 4-5 of those if you are really on the ball. How many paladins do you have? I am sure it isn't 8. But do ask them to try decurse at least warriors and healers (can be done through priority lists in decursive).

We usually go with about 5 of them but i will suggest this on thursday when we have our next run. We are going to try and repeat last weeks run and do 1-6 with invites starting at 6:30uk time and finishing at 10:30. Not as fast as the alterac deviants 1hr4mins or so but getting there lol.

Cleanse (and all other spells) are 1.5s global cooldown.

That's based on what? I'd expect end of the month at the earliest for 1.11.

im not sure where but it was stated by blizz that they try and release patches around 3 - 4 weeks after beta starts depending how buggy it is or not.

I think this week coming with be the forth week of beta so this week hopefully but im not 100% sure

I hear that a new rank of polymorph is here soon that turns things in to a Pig and not a sheep lol im not sure how true this is but ive seen a piccy from the test servers of one of the blood elves from Azshara as a pig made me giggle

We should know by tuesday if the patch is released in USA on their patch day (tuesday ) then it will be on the main web site ^ ^ really lookin forward to a few things in this one, innervate for my level 40 druid Evocation + arcane explosion for my 54 frost mage, new talents for my 50 shammy so im goin to have fun when its release

Ive done exatly the same thing, other day was grindin in Silith and got 10 second lag spike, minimised to see what it was and and there was the patch downloadin =\ ive never downloaded one patch through that thing, its horrible always go for third party download its much easier and faster
