Ok .. so ive re-installed IL2 - anyone still fly?

    Hello

Right... after almost a year year out, I got the itch again. Im patched up to 4.02 (merged), ive pretty much got my config and track IR all set up, but still have a bit of graphics tweaking to be done. (not much).

Question is, do any of you guys still fly? If so when and where?? ... I need some friends to play with

    No comment on that bit.

I reinstalled and patched last night, cant believe how bad I am Marlins still appear to be around so will probably pay them a visit. Have most of my controls sorted, although I need to fiddle with joystick settings as its a bit twitchy in the middle (X45) so fine aiming is a problem. Got pacific fighetrs of ebay cheap, most impressed seller had 100% and over 12,000 feedback, delivered next day

    Yes....a lot

    DO you have Hyperlobby? http://hyperfighter.sk/modules.php?n...showpage&pid=5

Look for MA_Zak33 or MA_Tumble or MA_Rias (Sair here) or MA_Dak or MA_Hat or MA_Nuts (Yamangman here) or MA_Luke.

If you see anyone with a SF_ name its the Swordfish who are our alterego's (ie German Luftwaffe)

If you want to, I'll set up a map and we can have a fly around while you find your wings again

    PM me

That is terrible, I have a native res of 1280 x 1024 and the number of games that dont support it out of the box is just unreal.

I suffer the same, so have to play 1280x960. Though when you think about it, 1280x960 is the true 4:3 ratio..

You can manually set the res in your conf.ini file.. loko for the [window] section and you can change the width and height attributes to your desired setting. However game stability is not guaranteed.

We should all schedule a fly sometime, perhaps some co-op missions or just plain dogfighting.
