    SO...in essence...

HAT and TUMBLE have the lowest Vid Cards (except for B!GA. but hes a noob )

So what I gotta try to find is some vid cards for you guys, that cost as little as possbile BUT far out perform your current GTS cards

Plenty of processing power, and no one is badly short of mem so thats encouraging.

COULD EACH OF YOU DO ME ANOTHER FAVOUR....(diconnect my Caps lock button would help)

Could HAT and TUMBLE and TRIG and TiG run 3d Mark 2001 SE for me?

Do it at 1024x768x32 (ie default setttings) and post the scores here.
I am aware it uses DirectX8 and most of us fly FB in open GL but it will give me a clue.

    Cheers

    Post them up here please.

rgr that.......if youhaveDX9 installed, you might need to PATCH IT.

    We'll see soon enough.

Remember......run a benchmark with everything else possible switched off......get off-line, off with firewall and antivirus,.......off with messenger etc....

Trigster....you are simply held up by your card mate.

To get your Thorobred quicker, you need it at 166 bus and lower multiplier, but it will make sod all difference of Mark 2001 for that.

Your Rad is doing OK at 8700 score

not bad...I am DREADING HATS SCORES

Looking at it all right now:

    Pilot Chip Card
    Skii 2200 Gf4200
    Russ 2400 Rad9700
    Lowe 1400 Rad8500LE
    Stoo 2500 Rad9700
    Trig 2400 Rad8500
    Deck 2600 Gf3 500
    Dak 2000 Gf4400
    Knox 2700 Rad9700
    Clingy 2000 Gf4400

    and then.....

Hat and Tumble....both with processors with juice....

and with Geforce 2 GTS cards....gawd...makes their results in FB all the more impressive.
