This forum would be okay (Assuming the game is a war game),
But you may get more attention if you get the thread moved to the main gaming forum.
However I'm not sure on the rules for recruitment on Hexus......

For this kind of thing, you need to get permission before posting, so the best bet will always be to ask an Admin or Mod, not just to ask in the open forum.
