    This took me ages to do, (56 Unf')

    So I'm posting it here as well....

    Post count ++

    I was out patrolling on a beautiful summers day. The moutains stood out like jewels against the azure blue sky.
    Suddenly I noticed a couple of 109s diving onto our position fast.
    With my wingman still in the mess hut trying to justify his third Kitkat, I made a snap decision to run away, diveing to gain what little extra speed I could.

    Meanwhile the 109 was jockeying into position on my 6.
    I could hear the chatter of his MG and see the tracer overtaking me.

    It seemed like a good idea at the time, dive to within inches of the ground, and go for under the bridge. If he followed me, maybe he would trounce it. And if he didn't , at least he would have to pull off for a fewseconds and give me time to think......

    so in I went.....

    About this point, I realised though the propellor of my Mig and the prop on a ship work in similar ways, they're are not interchangable. Not at 500 kph anyway....

    I also remembered thar I had not packed my swimming cossie, pulling desperately up on the JS.....

    luckily my antics created much hilarity in the german cockpit, causing Heinz to over shoot (though he might of just taken pity on me)......

    I was able to try landing on the B346,....

    The second 109 was bearing down, so I though a comedy landing was in order to put him off his aim, I grabbed a fistful of brakes....

    And legged it home to grab another cuppa and phone the AAA......
