Nice pics Ces... but there's something nagging at the back of my mind and I only just worked out what it is.. did they not model the propellers? and where do they fit on them planes????

And you wouldn't get any Jaggies at that resolution?

It looks like they were taken at about 1600x768 Widescreen with 4xAA and 2xAS and then shrunk with Bilinear filtering, and also had blur effects added.

I wouldn't believe them. They're just marking hype.

tbh, I don't care how wonderful it looks. Kills will be from 20 miles away!

Nay bothering with a custom skin... you'll still be a green dot on the radar.

(plus I'm not blowing £500 upgrading to play it!)

    so ner!

btw, When are we going to get a decent Heli sim? Last one I remember is Apache vs Havoc and that's looking REALLY dated now!

Yea, I was thinking the same. The only fun for me in choppers is the apche/Blackhawk in desert combat.
Tried that new commanche game, looks very nice but controlling the chopper is p!ss easy.

Try Operation Flashpoint. You can download hundreds of custom aircraft and its interesting to fly, especially transporting people or whatever.

Pap. Choppers very unrealistic as in commanche, once you've moved yourself in a direction and let go, it returns to a hover, anyone could fly these.
