What are mods, are they some sort of cheats, would they not get you banned by Blizzard?

I'm only using titan panel at the moment but there are plenty of great mods and add ons out there, check out http://wow.curse-gaming.com/en for them.

I'm probably going to try out

    Damage Meters
    Auctioneer
Atlasloot Enhanced or just plain Atlas
Wakeup sounds like it could be quite useful too
So does FishPing especially if you suck at fishing like me, might have to give that one a try.

I'm undecided which mp3 player mod to install though, might go with the newer version of myMusic :EDIT: Have tried this and it doesn't work, needs updating.

And then there are loads of just funny novelty ones, don't think i'm going to be able to resist FinalFantasylization hehe

Quite a few mods you will want will depend upon what class you play, and whether you prefer PvP to PvE.

    At the moment I'm using

    Titan Panel
    Titanyhonor
    Necrosis (Warlock Mod)
    Bongo Bars
    Perl Frames
    CT Mod
    CT raidassist
    Scrolling Combat Text
    ItemRack
    Mob Health 2
    OmniCC (cooldown counter)
    Equipcompare
    Sell Value
    Quickloot

    To name a few

all can be found at http://wow.curse-gaming.com/en/files/addons/

    /Quick thread high jack

I've just come back to WoW and I can't remember the name of an add on. It shows the cool down left in seconds on the buttons you use to activate the skill.

    Any ideas?

    Apologies for thread stealing.

    Thanks Trash Man

On the subject of good mods, I particularly liked the mod that made the map transparent (Diablo II style) so you can see where you're going in terms of the environment and on the map.

Can't remember the name of that one as well though

Outfitter - very nice for automatically changing gear for: Riding/stealth/pvp etc

ZeppelinMaster - Gives you times of dep/arr for the public transport

Auctioneer - THE BEST MOD IN WOW (if you wanna make money)

    TitanPanel - Nice UI

Titan Critline - Really nice historical damage benchmark

Mail2 - very handy mail mod (if you can get it to work)

Damage Meters - Nice in instancing for comparison (again if you can get it to work with new patch)

AutoDismount - Does exactly what is says on the tin

Atlas (and Atlas Loot) - Invaluable instance map guide

Can't remember anymore at work atm, but run with about 60 Mods normally - I find that I browse the www.worldofwar.net UI index and just try new mods out if they sound good.
I would also suggest you download the automated Mod install program on Worldofwar.net - which for the life of me I can't remember
But it makes the whole process very simple, and keeps the mods updated too .............................which is nice.
