    Recommend a MMORPG for me

    Hi guys,

I fancy a go at a MMORPG and would prefer something mature (i.e. not full of 8 year olds) and am not a big fan of Dungeons and Dragons type stuff.

From what I have read so far Eve Online looks like it might fit the bill.

What would you recommendations be? Any tips on getting started?

Are there any cool new MMORPGS's due to start up soon?

    Cheers guys

    Chks

There are 14 day trials for most MMORPG's out there now... I would advise trying a bunch and seeing what suites you

Just some examples (not sure if you need to be subscriber for the fileplanet links)

Star Wars Galaxies - Fileplanet 14day
World of Warcraft - Fileplanet 10day
    Eve Online - Official 14day

City of heroes (and Villains) aswell as Lineage 2 normally do free trials but you have to catch them Actually this si the same with more or less all mmo's

Oh and for something different there is Planetside (FPS mmo) which gives free trial upto rank 6

Was a Eve addict for 10 months, it is SUPER addictive and a real life theif. I did love playing the game, it's vital to get in a 'guild' as a lot of wealth generation, ie mining requires team work to be succesful.
I would love to play it again, just don't have time for it.
I now occupy my spare time with WoW as after 15 months of playing I can take it or leave it.........kind of

If you are on a budget - I reccomend WarRock (www.warrock.net) - its free and is quite easy to pick up and play.
