    Cesium, try the Saitek forums... if you can't find an asnwer there, then post a new thread, the tech support guys who run the forums are INCREDIBLY helpful and very, very patient.

    A quick browse over there (you'll have to register with them to see the X45 forum) shows that support will arrange for hardware repair direct by email if you post the problem in the there or contact support by e-mail.

    There's a main man called Richard, who I have dealt with and is brilliant, but there's another guy called mArtin who gives plenty of advice too.

    UK tech support forums are very good. Not had to deal with them myselft but there are a couple there that are very impressive

    If it is under about 14 months old it has a 2 year warranty & as has been said earlier Richard at Saitek is terrific.

    Fraggie where you getting it from for best price?? I need to get mine. They ordered it from PC World and its gonna be years SO im cancelling it and getting from else where

    im getting mine from aria mate, its 3 quid more expensive the dabs at 65 quid inc everything, but i know thier reliable and a good company, have ordered from the past and have always delivered so i thort that the 3 extra quid was worth it
