I spent a while in the garden taking photos of butterflies. The 28-135 is not a great lense for macros and the extension tubes made it worse. Handheld at 1/60 to 1/100 at 100-135mm and trying to focus on a spot within a few millimetres doesn't work well.

This one is ok, but only because it's been resized.

up your ISO KidChameleon, your safe pretty much these days upto ISO800 with correct exposure, if its a must have shot, ISO1600/3200 as well

or if you have it, use a strobe bounced off of some white paper..

Hah got caught up in that too, parked miles away foolishly! Good job I didnt have my camera gear with me to be honest.

I was at an event where some puppies were on display today. The organisers had a litter of border collies that they were selling so they had them in a little pen. The sales had been made before hand, rather than on the spot, and all the puppies were accounted for. It kept the kids quiet all day.
