take that same setup - then put a white sheet under the bottle and glass, stretch the cloth out and then let it gently curve up and away

then try the same shot..

Needs cleaning up - but this is straight from the camera, manual WB, simply resized, nothing else, white desk.

Lovely shot Bob, very simple but great colours. The curved corners are a border I presume?

By the way, I'll try your suggestion. if I run out of JD there's always the Vodka :)

Thank you :) Yea I know the sky is a little blown out, I don't have any gradient filters. I'm not sure about the angle, I've never really noticed that. It might be though.

Like what you have done with that image :) It looks a lot richer and more dynamic (if thats the right word) I must admit that my photoshop actions so far have been limited to auto contrast - auto 'improve' and spot healing brush - can you do levels in elements 6?

and curves isn't curves in V6, its color curves
