Looks like it's a hazy day and a high-contrast scene. It's never going to pop. I'd be tempted to convert it to B&W and punch the contrast.

nah just needs to be processed with something other than Lr - such a dodgy program..

They're miles from blowing according to both the camera and LR software!



Is your monitor too bright? It actually suffers from the opposite problem - clipped shadows and terrible shadow noise, as per usual Oly (I call it 'texture' )

Highlights look fine(using a Dell UP2516D),it just looks like a slightly dull day with some haziness.

Not a target I'd thought about imaging. Clear forecast tonight and a perfect overhead ISS -4.0 magnitude pass at 20:00:40, hmm...
It seems a tricky target though, I think I'd rather use an all-too-rare clear night for more conventional astrophotography!
