yeah, fired the flash about 7-12 times... (it varied shot to shot so cant remember)

you could try maybe sneaking around the other side of the car, get in it and fire the flash a few times inside the car and illuminate it a little or go mad until theres so much light coming out of the windows that it blows the picture slightly, I think that could loook reallly cool. Infact, I am going to try it

yeah... am going to try again on the shot...

theres a few problems with doing it... or atleast, what i was doing... the major one being i own a black car ><

i'd suggest anyone with a non-black car, and non-white car doing it, silver, Red(as bob did, but after finding the picture its nothing like what bob did, but same kinda technique), or a blue car would look fantastic... black on black background doesnt do wonders...

neither does having a dirty car help... if it was clean and polished the shine off it would look 10x better...

plus... location... round by me, its quite hard to find a pitch black road... where this was, was as far as i could be where i could park safely and i still had 5-6 cars go past whilst i was taking pictures... not only do i look dodgy with a black on black car near some woods, but the car headlights ruined a few of the shots i took...


also, it started rainign as i started setting up... not ideal...

so theres a few things that could have made this better, but i will be attempting this again...

cheers for the round the back idea too... i was going to do some from under the car towards the camera... but as it had just started rainging the ground was wet and i had to get back in the car so i decided against it

good luck with having a go at it... i await ur photos and hopefully using some of the points above it will come out better than my first attempt

i was talking more about the possibility of them casting me rather than actually making the film...

the film might actually cause too much controversy over the LHC to be made though ><
