I'm only a fixed wing pilot, but I've second sticked rotary before, that doesn't look high g to me at all. Maybe 30° at most.
Most people don't consider 60° high either, as 2 isn't really high (unless negative).
That photo looks like an attack of maybe 25 with a bank of 15. That's nadda.

re the chopper, how can you assess bank angle or G? I can't see any indication of direction of flight or speed.
looking at the angle of shot, the direction the student is looking, i'm guessing he's an experienced pilot and they're flinging it about a bit..Sell your camera mate

and high G in a helicopter is a little different to high G in a fast mover..
