Now it's been quite a while and I'm beyond useless with photography so go easy!

Just a snap or two from my recent couple of days away in Cornwall over the recent bank holiday.

The first taken at Pendennis Castle, and the second at Lizard point. Unfortunately one of my friends managed to be hidden in the shade. Aside from cropping and the odd bit of straightening I've NEVER attempted to alter an image in my life. Had a go at trying to improve it, but not sure on the results. So thoughts and any hints or tips?

Looks good to me, just keep an eye on colour tones when warming the picture up in case clothing etc. changes away from how you remember it.

was meant to be shooting in a field of wild flowers.. but we scouted it earlier and turns out the field was pretty inaccessible to us without something to hack the stinging nettles and prickly bushes .. so made do with a shoot in town instead..

BTW I think infrared its my favourite technique for landscape , just works so well in adding a surreality about things - esp with capturing textures

Can you do it in macro too ?
