looks well exposed to me, highlights aren't blown..

The highlights weren't touched...
Exposure was upped a little from the original, likewise for the shadows. Oh and a small increase on the black point.
the highlights will be blown if you increase the exposure to correctly expose for the tower.

Trying to figure out how to post a picture from album in my flicker account... not sure if some settings within the flicker account is blocking it or im just a bone head and not doing it correctly here within the post.
