    Underwater Camera

This summer i will be spending some time in Australia, and Fiji, and I am looking around at the moment at underwater photograpy solutions...

I'm not going to get an underwater houseing for my DSLR, as its way too expensive... does anyone have an underwater camera or know much about them?

my current options are as follows...

    • Buy a 3m waterproof housing for my Mini Mju at £50ish
    • Sell the Mju and buy a Vivitar 6200 digital camer
    • Sell the Mju and buy a sealife camera

the only problem with the underwater camera's is they probably dont produce great quality video, or shots on land, like a normal digital compact... oh and they start at about £100

I'd go for the £50 housing, that isn't too bad, they are often a lot more.

    Re: Underwater Camera

it could be $100-200 but well worth the difference between blurry, foggy underwater photographs, or clear ones like the one posted

Is that the bride or groom?

Some Olympi are OK to reasonable depth for casual use.
