Which Camera?

Hey guys I don't know what camera to get as im a bit of a noob and know nothing about them bar the 5 megapixel on my SE K850i

I have about £120 tops to spend so as you can see im not looking to be a pro. Just want to be able to take good photos on holidays etc.

I have seen compact ones like this

fuji film have a referb section on their site, loads of bargains to be had

The Fuji has a bigger zoom than the Panasonic which means you can get can get closer to a distant object. However the Panasonic is much more compact and has built in image stabilisation which means it would be better in low light conditions. The Panasonic seems to have decent reviews:

I would also suggest looking at the Panasonic FS15 as it has a wider lens meaning it would be better suited for scenery and group shots:

From my experience the Panasonic digital compacts are nice to use,are well built and have decent image quality too.

At this price range it seems a lot of them are very similar.

I would probably prefer the Panasonic FS15. I would also go to a shop and try out each camera to see which one you would prefer using. Alternatively even trying a similar model would give you an indication of the user interface as if you do not like the interface it will hinder your usage of the camera.
