    which camera is better?

yeah.. it's one of those threads...

cant make my mind up out of either

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B...=hotukdeals-21

    or

    http://www.pana-stores.co.uk/product...pixel-in-black

obviously the panasonic is smaller than the canon, and it records 720p video too, which would be a nice feature to have just in case, the cannon only does 640 x 480.

    thanks in advance

    Russ

Best to go to a review site as i have listed and see what they say too. They do some great testing on cameras with good write-ups and pics.

    Re: which camera is better?

Less than 1/3rd better aperture on the Canon.

You wouldn't want to go near 800 iso on a compact anyway..

I'd prefer the Canon, although, the pana looks smaller and easier to pocket if that's part of your decision.

If you plan to travel, AA batteries are available everywhere.. and won't go out of production for the foreseeable future.
