I went to Vilnius this weekend for the start of their Easter market thing.

I left my DA* and Pentax lenses in the hotel, and took out my tamron 18-250mm as I didn't want to have a bag in such a manic market, in fact a Lithuanian warned me about it when they heard I was going.

Long story short the weather forecast wasn't accurate, it snowed quite a lot, and I'm used to lugging round my WR lenses and such. The autofocus is a bit broken, I think snow melted on it, then froze squeezing and pressuring some of the mechanical bits.

My K-5 is fine, and my friend who was rocking a 15mm prime lim and a k-5 was of course completely fine.

So moral of the story kids, be mindful of the lens you have on.
