    Need to adjust time stamp in meta data for 1400+ pictures

    On my return from USA I have just realised that I took about 1400+ photographs but didn't adjust my time settings on my camera. Is there an easy way to correct the metadata on all the pictures in a folder to adjust the time stamp by minus 4 hours?

    I have access to Photoshop CS6 which includes Bridge (on a friend's PC) and I have Photoshop Elements 9 on my PC.

    Maybe Exifer can do a batch operation ? Not sure.

    I googled exifer and found that it hasn't been updated since 2002 but he has suggested XnView, IrfanView and KUSO EXIF Viewer as free alternatives, I'm looking into those now.
