It's not fair on Sony me being a member on this forum (for good reason may I add!).

Even if Sony did the best of something, I wouldn't buy it due to the poor customer service I've had. I got my phone back from being 'repaired' 2 months ago next Wednesday and I contacted them straight away because they didn't fix it (again) and I've had no reply yet.

They've won my award for best worst customer service ever. They completely ignore me at every given chance. Worst part is I can't get a refund because I can't get a reply from them about the matter. Problem has persisted for a year and a half with them, and I'm still no closer to getting a working product from them.

I'd go with a different company, even if Sony cameras are better

I kind of get where you are coming from, but I thought this thread was about people who use Sony cameras and what they are using? Not should you buy a Sony camera.

I took the thread as a have you had experience with one; and I have (albeit not a pro grade one). I've used a 150 pound compact camera and the one found on the Z and Z1,both of which are rubbish. I know it's a phone camera, but other cameras appear to be: less grainy, less noise, better focusing, better flash, better everything really. I have had some good shots, and I'll upload them when I'm home, but it has to be good lighting.
