Has Anyone Dealt With HAMA?

When i bought my new camera i ordered a case and memory card kit for it (same order) as well, which was to be supplied direct from the manufacturer. Its getting on for three weeks now since i received the camera but i'm still waiting on the bag and card...

I dealt with Hama a few times, sourcing some very old slide viewers for a friend.
They have always been the epitome of stereotypical German efficiency.

From your post, I guess you placed the order with a seller, not Hama directly?
If so, I'd say it's either a delay betwixt the two of them (seller, probably) or the postal chain/customs imports being it's typical self.

Unless stated otherwise, I still usually allow 28 days for delivery on stuff, especially from overseas. You'd have gotten the camera quick enough as the seller obviously had it in stock.

Cheers :) Yes the order was placed with a different company, there was no mention of this lot being shipped from overseas though. Guess i'll just have to twiddle my thumbs for a bit longer before i can get out and about with it!
