    Looking for a cheap camera for recording [-200pounds]

    Like I said in the title I'm looking for a camera for recording, good quality but cheap under 200 pounds any suggestions?

    Afaik a digital camera will not go past 29 minutes 59 seconds so bear that in mind.

    Why is that? More specifically why 30min - 1sec?

    What about a digital camcorder? Do these have the same limit?
