Free image hosting - which one?
I've been using Photobucket for a gazillion years now and mainly use it to link to my images stored there from various forums. However, Photobucket has just updated its T&Cs to stop the free account users from '3rd party hosting' so I can't do that any more.
Short of paying up quite a lot of money, 400USD per year, for hardly any use (perhaps 20-30 photos per year uploaded and '3rd party hosted' in forums), are there any other free image hosting services that will allow me to use IMG tags in forum posts?

Re: Free image hosting - which one?
Ive just stopped paying my Flickr account US$24 a year, previously I could upload what I wanted, now Im limited to like 100 images a day or summat as daft.
Re: Free image hosting - which one?
I used Flickr several years ago a for a while. It worked okay until the Yahoo side of things became more and more intrusive after Yahoo took over Flickr.
Re: Free image hosting - which one?
I just drop any photos into an S3 bucket these days. You get 5gb of storage on the free tier, which sounds like it'll be more than enough for your needs.
Re: Free image hosting - which one?
Forgive my ignorance but what is an S3 bucket please?
It occurred to me that such a facility my serve to backup my large photo collection.
Thanks

Imgur and Pixaby would be the best choice for hosting your images for free.
Re: Free image hosting - which one?
Flickr seems to have quietly changed its policy on uploads,I can now upload as many as I like without paying for an account. They must have lost lots of users. Also Google is unlimited if you dont mind lower resolution images, which is ok for holiday snaps etc.

Imgur is my favorite and its free
Re: Free image hosting - which one?
If you don't already consider using ShareX desktop app as it uploads to imgur by default. You can link an Imgur account and have the uploads unlisted and easily find them again in the future.
Re: Free image hosting - which one?
I'm on team imgur too. Use it all the time and never hit the max photos a day. Sounds like you wouldn't either. Good luck!
