Canon S1 IS camera

Not sure if this is the right forum for it, but i'll post it here anyway.

I'm looking for a camera. My boss has offered to sell me his Canon S1 IS (10x image stablislised zoom) for £140.

I know he won't rip me off anyway, but is this a good deal, considering the camera is in a good state? (i've used it)

well the cheapest i can see it is £199 new from ebuyer. so seem like a good deal

I have this camera, cost me £300 a year or so ago, its good, you won't do better for £140 :)
