    Digital Camera range £150-£170

    Hello

You will have to bear with me as my camera knowledge is pretty limited, my budget is £150/170, have been looking at the

Pentax Optio S6 6.0 Megapixel 3X Optical Zoom

    http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/produ...uct_uid=109964

and the Olympus Mju 700 7.1 MP Camera Silver 3X Optical Zoom

    http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/106023

    Any help would be great

    Thanx in advance

Fuji Finepix F10, or even F11 if you can stretch your budget.

Both are brilliant cameras, and both get brilliant reviews on all major digital camera review websites.

Avoid the Olympus Mju series like the plague, I've never seen a good one.

I echo the above about the F10/11 though, they're great cameras.

Different models. One was a cheapie (MJU mini) and the other was a somewhat higher end one, that's the one that went back and got swapped for the F10. She still equates Olympus with her Olympus Trip 35 (fabulous camera) so has (had) a big bias towards them.
