Im planning on building a new rig with the pentium anniversary, on a msi z87 g45, 8gb of ram and a gtx 760. I am also planning to overclock the cpu a bit to 4ghz maybe 4.2ghz. Will this power supply be enough or do I need more?

You probably know the answer already.. just in case you didn't get one, the answer is Yes. CX600M PSU is more than enough to handle that set up :)
600 would should be fine. Obviously its best to get more than enough anyway :)
