Dell Inspiron 545 Upgrade

I currently have a dell inspriron and i want to upgrade. i know that the motherboard size of my pc is a micro atx and just wondering if it will be possible to upgrade the system with a new power supply, motherboard and cpu.

Yes of course it is adjustable if not you can exchange it and get new one, whenever i want to upgrade m system i exchange all the old parts with new ones.

So long as you can remove the backplate you will be fine - some cases have a non-removable backplate which means you can't fit a different motherboard - also some PCs uses BTX motherboards which have the expansion slots on the other side of the cpu socket.
