    A friend is looking to get a gaming laptop (he has been looking on Alienware....) does anyone know of anyother good dealers for gaming laptops?

    Used to be kobalt computers but they went bust. Only other high end laptop retailer here in the UK is PCspecialist, their laptops are built on clevo chassis basically high end.

    I would stick to Asus tbh. Alienware = Dell and Dell = Fail

    And clevos are the biggest piece of rubbish you can ever imagine.

    Clevos are second to non dude, their basically the only high end laptop chassis manufacturer besides Alienware. Yes you can count Asus as one but their top end GPU is a 560m or 6970m, nothing like the 580ms or 6990s in Clevos and Alienwares.

    We used to sell them at work untill they went downhill, they are overpriced crap man. We saw almost 50% RMA rate at the end. im not even kidding
