Second Hand SFF

My desktop is getting on a bit (AthlonXP 1.8GHz, 2Gig Ram) and im looking for something around the £200 budget thats a bit quicker and is nice and small and quiet.

Basically just web browsing, but the current box struggles with iPlayer/youtube/facebook and takes up a lot of space.

Ive been offered the below for £150 and am wondering if its worth a punt, or if not, what would be? ebay examples welcome, unless anyone has anything on here to sell?

Acer L410 Mini desktop PC
Dual Core AMD x 2 2.59Ghz
3GB Ram
320GB HDD
DVDRW Slot drive
ATI Radeon X1200
Windows 7 and Office 2010 Pro

Only issue i can see its its not a dual head graphics card. What are usb->vga converters like in terms of running the second monitor (twin 19" tft, one with dvi the other d-sub).

Have a look at Dell Outlet or Bigpockets if you are wanting something different (higher spec)

Good value if Win7 and Office 2010 Pro are legit...

If its its just these site's in general then it could be a bandwith issue?

You could get a VGA splitter?
