Will there be a big difference in laptops in a years time ?
I got my eye set on mid level laptop for gaming / portability ( not as heavy as some ) thats been mentioned here before here , Lenovo Z580 , but as much as this would save me in power , I starting to wonder if the years use / purchase will make it worthwhile ?( assuming I would need to sell it then before it was out of date )
I mean, what sort of options I will have to upgrade it when I need to sell it next year if I was to buy it now , will I get more bang for my buck, or be forced to pay 700 for a minimal upgrade at best ?
I can pick up this lenovo with 8gb I7 352OM 2.9 for just other £500 just now , and somehow I dont see that I'll be able to get that big upgrade without paying lot more...
thoughts ?

Well, I really need something as Im sort of borrowing someones laptop since my old desktop went awol..
I am on the computer a lot too , so it seems for £500 odd plus the 2gb nivida GPU it would a pretty good deal .

If you wait you will be waiting forever. There is always something new around the corner.

thats why going with laptops makes me a bit tentative, then again so does rising power costs which will inevitably go up again at some point...
