Are there any reasonably priced 13-inch laptops left?

My hubby needs a new laptop, and our anniversary's coming up, so it seems like the right time to get him one. He's a tech himself, so is...erm, let's go with particular...about what he gets, but my budget isn't huge as I'm freelancing atm. He particularly wants a 13-inch to replace his current acer, but these seem to be rarer than hens teeth in any reasonable price bracket/decent processor combination. Do I just have to suck this up and either pay more or persuade him to go large, or is there a source I haven't considered?

The Argos ebay outlet has a few, some are new and some refurb. That search hasn't picked all of them up, there are new Samsung 535 laptops for £449 on there too.
