Just a last check on this MSI laptop

    http://www.laptopsdirect.co.uk/prest...94/version.asp

It looks like a lot to me for £830, but I don't look at laptop specs/price that frequently, nor know if there's anything else I should be looking for.
I've heard despite not being that popular, MSI laptops are reliable.

So, is this a good buy?
    Thanks.

Re: Just a last check on this MSI laptop

MSI laptops generally are OK as long as BIOS fiddling isn't intended as from my experience MSI BIOS' are horrible to use compared to the likes of ASUS. As for specs the 960m will be fine for another few years without needing an upgrade. I7's are still future proof even with that clock speed as i7's use hyperthreading to essentially double cores and will do for a long while. That amount of RAM is also fine for gaming and won't be an issue. Also remember that this used to be nearly £1000 so this is a pretty good deal.
