Laptop to replace my Fujitsu NH751

Hey everyone,

Due to my hot water bottle exploding all over my laptop yesterday, rendering it a paperweight, I'm now having to look for an equivalent replacement.

The specs are:

Intel Core i7 (2nd Gen) quad core 2670QM / 2.2 GHz

Graphics Processor NVIDIA GeForce GT 525M - 2 GB

DDR 3 RAM

17" screen


I don't play games on it, but regularly edit videos using Adobe PowerDirector and write music using Cubase.

Anybody have any examples that would fit the bill, and be able to handle the video editing and Cubase music-writing demands? I'm looking to spend as little as possible (ideally £400 or less).

Any suggestions would be much-appreciated!

However with your budget everything is essentially a downgrade in spec.
