Re: Dell Launches XPS 15 with Infinity Display

I just spent 1:45 on Dell chat asking just 3 simple questions. Their inability to either understand and then give a straight answer is amazing! Useless doesn't come close. I will post the transcript to a new thread later tonight as I think it's worth sharing their rubbishness.

Re: Dell Launches XPS 15 with Infinity Display

You have to remember they know little about anything due to the amount of tech being sold at Dell and the other thing is 90% of people asking for help are rather untechnical if I am being polite, like the idiots I used to visit and move the TV off the top of the white sky box that was pushing down on the backup button :|

customer " i feel stupid now"
    me "so you should"

wow. Doesn't sound like Dell are getting the best press recently: XPS15 shipping with security flaws: http://www.engadget.com/2015/11/23/d...rity-key-flaw/

Re: Dell Launches XPS 15 with Infinity Display

I've seen these new XPS13/15's.. I'm not too much of a fan of the inifinity display... The Inspiron would be my choice if I were to ever buy such a laptop personally since it's much cheaper and has similar capability...

Re: Dell Launches XPS 15 with Infinity Display

I would be hesitant to purchase a UHD windows laptop due to the blurry appearance of third party software not optimised for such a high resolution, I had have experienced this problem when using bootcamp on my rmbp.
